Poop LLC provides professional dog waste removal services on a subscription or one-time basis. Services include visiting your property, collecting dog waste from your yard, and removing it from the premises.

3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices listed on our website represent starting rates and may vary based on yard size, number of dogs, and property conditions.
- Subscription services are billed automatically according to the selected plan frequency.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, contact us by phone, text, email, or through your Stripe customer portal.
5. Property Access
- You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to your yard for our service team.
- If we cannot access the yard on a scheduled visit (locked gate, aggressive animal, etc.), the visit will count as completed and no refund will be issued. We will attempt to contact you to resolve access issues.
- Please secure any aggressive animals that are not dog-friendly before scheduled visits.
6. Weather and Rescheduling
In cases of severe weather that prevents safe service, we will reschedule your cleanup to the next available day at no additional charge.
7. Liability
- Poop LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, or property.
- We take reasonable care while on your property but are not liable for incidental damage during normal service operations.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service for the affected visit.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the yard is accessible on service days
- Notify us of any hazards, aggressive animals, or special instructions
- Keep payment information current
- Notify us of any service issues within 24 hours of a visit
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Poop LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
